Do I need the official WhatsApp API?
For Starter, you get WhatsApp notifications. For Professional and Business, we set up the official WhatsApp Business API for automated conversations.
How is the lead score calculated?
Phone shared (+30), email shared (+20), budget mentioned (+20), decision-maker (+20), urgent requirement (+10). Scores 71–100 = Hot, 41–70 = Warm, 0–40 = Cold.
