Leadstrack ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Leadstrack platform accessible at leadstrack.in and via the Leadstrack mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including any data received through third-party integrations such as Facebook and mobile device permissions.

2.2 Mobile Application Permissions
Our mobile application may request the following permissions to provide enhanced features:
- Location: We may request access to your location data to provide proximity-based lead tracking and check-in features. This data is only collected while you are actively using the app.
- Camera & Gallery: Required for capturing profile photos, scanning business cards, or attaching images to lead records and conversations.
- Biometrics: We use your device's biometric sensors (Fingerprint/FaceID) locally to secure your account within the app. We do not store or transmit your biometric data.
- Notifications: Used to send real-time alerts for lead assignments, task reminders, and inbox messages.
2.3 Third-Party Analytics & SDKs
We use third-party services to monitor system stability and platform performance:
- Google Firebase Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data to help us understand how the platform is used and improve the user experience.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and performance data to ensure the reliability of our mobile application.
3. Facebook Data Usage
When you connect your Facebook account, we use the data exclusively for:
- Lead Management: Syndicating lead data from your Facebook Lead Ad forms directly into your CRM pipeline.
- Webhook Notifications: managing lead notifications through verified app subscriptions.
NOTICE: We NEVER sell, lease, or distribute your Facebook lead data to third parties.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard encryption and secure server infrastructure to protect your personal data.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us.
5. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
- In-App: Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
- Via Email: Send a request to support@leadstrack.in from your registered email address.
